1. Tandoor Commis I
Salary: βΉ30,000 β βΉ35,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Indian tandoor items such as kebabs, breads, and grilled meats.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor oven at correct temperatures.
- Ensure proper marination, portioning, and seasoning of ingredients.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the tandoor section as per HACCP standards.
- Support the Sous Chef and CDP during high-volume service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2β3 years of tandoor experience in a reputed Indian or Pan-Asian restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of tandoor operation, charcoal/coal handling, and safety procedures.
- Basic English communication and understanding of kitchen hierarchy.
- Age: 22β35 preferred.
2. Dimsum Commis I
Salary: βΉ30,000 β βΉ35,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare handmade dim sum, bao, dumplings, and steamed buns.
- Follow authentic Chinese and Pan-Asian recipes for fillings, folding, and steaming.
- Ensure proper consistency, texture, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Asian section chefs for menu execution.
- Maintain hygiene and proper storage of doughs, fillings, and sauces.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Chinese or Pan-Asian kitchens.
- Skilled in dim sum folding, steaming, and wok coordination.
- Understanding of HACCP and cold storage practices.
- Basic English communication required.
3. Sushi Commis I
Salary: βΉ30,000 β βΉ35,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls according to Japanese culinary standards.
- Maintain freshness and quality of seafood and ingredients.
- Ensure correct knife handling and portioning.
- Assist in menu prep, plating, and inventory of sushi bar items.
- Maintain cleanliness and temperature control in sushi preparation area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2β3 years of experience in Japanese or Pan-Asian cuisine.
- Strong knife skills and hygiene awareness.
- Familiarity with sushi rice preparation, seasoning, and fish handling.
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
4. Wok Commis I
Salary: βΉ30,000 β βΉ35,000
Responsibilities:
- Cook authentic stir-fry dishes using traditional wok techniques.
- Ensure correct balance of flavors, sauces, and seasoning for Asian cuisine.
- Maintain high heat control and quick service consistency.
- Coordinate with line chefs for order timing and garnishing.
- Clean and maintain wok station equipment daily.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of wok cooking experience in Chinese or Asian fusion restaurants.
- Knowledge of basic sauce preparation and stir-fry cooking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced kitchens.

1. GRE (Guest Relations Executive β Male)
Salary: βΉ35,000 β βΉ45,000
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations, seating, and VIP coordination.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Communicate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operation.
- Maintain records of repeat guests and assist in loyalty building.
- Promote menu specials and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree/diploma in hospitality management.
- 2β4 years of experience in fine dining or 5-star hotel front-of-house operations.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
- Confident personality with exceptional grooming and etiquette.
2. Barista (3 Positions)
Salary: βΉ35,000 β βΉ40,000
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of espresso machines.
- Create latte art and serve beverages with attention to presentation.
- Manage stock, refills, and daily sales records.
- Provide friendly and efficient guest service at the coffee counter.
Requirements:
- 1β3 years of barista experience in cafΓ©, hotel, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting, and brewing techniques.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Smart, energetic, and fluent in English.
3. Steward (2 Positions)
Salary: βΉ25,000 β βΉ30,000
Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests courteously and efficiently.
- Assist in table setup, order taking, and clearing.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow fine-dining service sequence and coordinate with kitchen for timely delivery.
- Support the GRE and Barista during busy hours.
Requirements:
- 1β2 years of experience as a steward/waiter in a restaurant or hotel.

4. Assistant Steward (3 Positions)

Responsibilities:
- Assist stewards in table setup, cleaning, and serving support.
- Maintain cutlery, crockery, and glassware cleanliness.
- Clear tables quickly and reset for next guests.
- Support kitchen with basic cleaning and dishwashing as required.

Requirements:
