1. Tandoor Commis I

Salary: β‚Ή30,000 – β‚Ή35,000

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic Indian tandoor items such as kebabs, breads, and grilled meats.
  • Operate and maintain the tandoor oven at correct temperatures.
  • Ensure proper marination, portioning, and seasoning of ingredients.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the tandoor section as per HACCP standards.
  • Support the Sous Chef and CDP during high-volume service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of tandoor experience in a reputed Indian or Pan-Asian restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of tandoor operation, charcoal/coal handling, and safety procedures.
