





Creamy Truffle Tagliatelle (Tagliatelle al Tartufo Cremoso)
A luxurious Italian pasta dish made with silky tagliatelle, infused with aromatic truffle oil and enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce — elegant, simple, and irresistible.

400g fresh or dried tagliatelle
Salted water for boiling
For the truffle cream sauce:
3. 200ml heavy cream
4. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
5. 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
6. 50g grated Parmesan cheese
7. 1–2 tbsp white or black truffle oil (to taste)
8. Salt and black pepper to taste
9. Optional: freshly shaved black truffle for garnish
10. Optional: chopped parsley or microgreens for garnish

Cook the tagliatelle:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a bit of pasta water.Prepare the sauce:
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (do not brown).Make it creamy:
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently for 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.Add truffle flavor:
Remove from heat and stir in truffle oil. Season with salt and black pepper.Combine pasta and sauce:
Toss cooked tagliatelle into the sauce, using a little reserved pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency.Serve:
Plate immediately and garnish with shaved truffle, parsley, or microgreens for a restaurant-style finish.
